If you aren't completely satisfied with your floral gift, we'll do everything we can to make it right. As professional florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order for delivery. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will send a replacement or give a customer credit. All you need to do is notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Please keep in mind when ordering designers choice products that not liking the design or flowers chosen does not qualify for a refund or replacement. We take instruction from the customer and always fill order as close as we can to what is requested. Exchanges are limited to "quality" issues only.
